大正藏於1934年印行完成，早已無著作權，因此可以自由流通。依教奉行佛在許多經典所說「當將佛經廣宣流布 」的教誨，例如《文殊師利所說般若波羅蜜經》：「佛告帝釋汝當受持讀誦此經廣宣流布使未來世諸善男子善女人得此法印」(大正藏8冊, 233經, 738頁, 下欄, 19-21行)。因此將佛經廣宣流布，利益大眾。
